You introduce the owner. Latopis explains the license. The buyer, once introduced, asks what the record contains. You do not need to price it or promise a number.
Save the company on the referrals page. If a buyer licenses that record, we pay you for the introduction. You do not have to join the sales call.
The company finishes an intake. Latopis reads it and introduces one buyer if the record fits. The buyer reviews, offers, and pays the company. Latopis is paid by the buyer only if the license closes.
The operating record the company already has: email, chat, job files, estimates, photos, drawings, and the books. Not the customer’s own drawings that the company does not own. The company keeps the files.
This portal does not send email. A company hears from us after an introduction, not because a form on this site mailed them.
Latopis does not email a company unless someone there started an intake or you introduced them and they asked for the call. If a message is unexpected, they can ignore it.
Yes. A name, a mobile, and the trade is enough. The portal is only a place to keep that note on this device.
Save a note about a referral or a fee. It stays in this browser. This form does not send email.
